Under Alex’s watchful eye, the team presents pure cuisine with the utmost respect for nature and its surroundings.Our open-plan kitchen once again emphasises transparency and the interaction between our chefs and guests. As we truly believe honesty is the best policy, we also apply this motto on our plates and to the way we prepare our dishes.

It is very easy to give too much praise to your own cuisine, while each one has its own unique aspects.Experience has taught us, however, not to overestimate ourselves, but to know exactly what direction we are aiming for and how to get there.
